By accessing or using Glexir, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Glexir is an AI-powered tool that generates ad angles, image ads, and product photos from product URLs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

3. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Glexir.

4. Payment and Refunds

Lifetime access is a one-time payment of $297. Monthly plans are billed recurring. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law. You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content generated by Glexir for your use is yours. You retain full ownership of your outputs. You may not resell Glexir as a service or redistribute the platform itself.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Glexir for any unlawful purpose, to generate misleading or harmful content, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

Glexir is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Glexir after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
